In April, Full Tilt Poker’s new and existing players will get the chance to play for some pretty impressive bonuses through the “Build Your Bonus” promotion. Those who want to take part in the promotion (and that likely means all Full Tilt Poker players), can opt into the “Build Your Bonus” manually, starting from April 8. The “Build Your Bonus” promotion is available in the My Promotions section at the site and players can opt in until April 19, which means there’s still plenty of time.

The second step players will have to undertake is to actually build up their bonuses. The minimum requirement to qualify for the promotion is for players to earn at least one Full Tilt Point every day, for a minimum of 5 days. Of course, the more one plays and the more Full Tilt points he/she generates, the bigger his/her bonus will get. There are a total of 5 increasingly bigger bonus targets one can reach. Those who generate100 points, will get a $5 bonus. Players who reach the 1k points mark will walk away with $50. 2k points are worth $100, 5k points $200 and 10k points a massive $400.
Players have from April 14 to April 23 to generate points through real money action towards the “Build Your Bonus” promotion.

The interesting thing about the promotion is that when it’s over and the line is drawn, players get 40% of the bonus money they take down, transferred to their real money accounts in cash. The rest of the money hits the bonus account, and it has to be redeemed like the regular bonuses.
Another nice quirk in the “Build Your Bonus” promotion is linked to the bonus redemption period which follows it. For every promotional day on which they score at least a poker point, players will get a day to redeem their bonus. What this means is that players can secure a maximum of 8 days for their bonus redemption.
Bonus redemption is allowed at the majority of Full Tilt Poker’s real money tables. In fact, players can even work on redeeming their promotional bonus while on the move at the Rush Poker mobile tables. If players fail to release their entire bonus during the redemption period, they’ll pick up as much money as they manage to redeem.
