The FTOPS XXI has come to an end at Full Tilt Poker, but that doesn’t mean that the great on line poker frenzy is over; bring on the MiniFTOPS XXI!
The MiniFTOPS will get underway on January 6th and will run through till January 20th. During those dates a huge 35 tournaments will be played with a guaranteed prize pool of over $3 million. The idea behind the miniFTOPS is to offer all the challenge and excitement of the FTOPS but for a 1/10th of the buy-in and that’s exactly what it does. For example you can play holdem in the MiniFTOPS Main Event for a buy-in of just $70 + $5, making it highly accessible to all.
In addition to the very low buy-ins , the on line poker site is also running a satellite frenzy for the MiniFTOPS Events which is already underway! The MiniFTOPS Satellite Frenzy will be running at Full Tilt Poker from December 16th through till December 30th and through its 35 events more than 4,000 seats will be awarded for various MiniFTOPS XXI events. There will be several satellites running each day, and not just for those who play holdem either - there are a number of Omaha events in the schedule too. The satellites run according to the seat value. For example you could play in a $3.30 buy-in satellite which will award seats to a $22 buy-in event; that way you get to choose which tournament you want to use your satellite ticket for. The highest priced satellite in the MiniFTOPS Satellite Frenzy will run on December 29th at 14:00; this is a $26.00 buy-in tournament that will award 20 seats to the $200 +$16 2 Day event which will start on January 19th.
