Win big prizes in various bounty tournaments this month at PokerStars featuring online poker legends LuckyGump and diatty.
Alexey “LuckyGump” Makarov is a poker player to be taken seriously. Playing since 2004 this Russian born genius got so good at Hold’em that he got bored and went searching for a new challenge. That challenge came in the shape of Pot Limit Omaha, and now he’s giving PokerStars players the opportunity to see if they’ve got what it’s made of. Makarov who plays at PokerStars under the name LuckyGump, invites all members of the PokerStars online poker community to rise to the challenge each Wednesday from October 6th to October 27th to see if they can get the better of him.
The online poker site will be running Pot Limit Omaha tournaments each week, and these are not for the light hearted. Each tournament will have a buy-in of $55 and PokerStars will be throwing an added $500 into the pot. PokerStars is making it even more exciting however by putting a bounty of $250 on LuckyGump’s head.

There are free poker play qualifiers, as well as medium and low stake qualifiers running each Wednesday at PokerStars until October 27th which will lead to the $5,000 Final Freeroll. It isn’t just LuckyGump you have to look out for however – Denys “diatty” Shcherbakov will also be there, with a bounty – double the PokerStars pros, double the bounty possibilities. The free poker play final will be held on October 29th at 20:00.
